We use TLS/SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Sensitive data at rest is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

We maintain technical and organizational safeguards consistent with industry best practices (e.g., NIST framework alignment) to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of data.
Third-Party Service Providers
We engage third-party service providers (Sub-Processors) solely to facilitate and operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, database management, transactional email delivery). We maintain strict contractual agreements with all Sub-Processors to ensure they adhere to our data protection standards and are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than providing services to Licensy AI.
Regulatory Alignment & Data Processing
Licensy AI is committed to supporting our enterprise partners' compliance obligations:
7.1Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
